Company registration
AIRAA RECRUITMENT S.R.L. is registered with the Romanian Trade Register (Oficiul Național al Registrului Comerțului) under registration code 55326064 and trade register number J2026047161003, with its registered office in Bucharest. The certificates issued on incorporation are reproduced below exactly as received.
Certificat de Înmatriculare
The incorporation certificate for AIRAA RECRUITMENT S.R.L., confirming the company name, registered office, sole registration code and principal activity as an employment placement agency.
Încheiere Registrator nr. 597241
The decision of the Trade Register registrar admitting the incorporation application and authorising the company to operate. It records the share capital, the founder and administrator, and the indefinite duration of the company.

Confirms the activities AIRAA is authorised to carry out at its registered office in Bucharest, including recruitment and placement, business consultancy and business support services.

Confirms the activities AIRAA is authorised to carry out away from its registered office, covering temporary placement and workforce supply alongside construction, transport, logistics, accommodation and vehicle-hire activities.

How to use these
Recruitment goes wrong most often because expectations were never written down. These documents exist so that both sides can point at the same description of the process.
If something in a document does not match what you have been told in a conversation, the document is not the authority — ask us, and we will correct whichever one is wrong.
