Legal
Terms & Conditions
The terms on which AIRAA SRL makes this website available, and the responsibilities of candidates and employers who use it.
Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of employment, placement, visa approval, salary or job offer. Content is provided for information only. A binding commitment exists only where AIRAA has confirmed it explicitly in writing, and hiring and immigration decisions are made by employers and competent authorities respectively — not by AIRAA.
1. Website Usage
By accessing or using airaa.eu (the “website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your association with one.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or its data.
- Interfere with the operation of the website, including through automated scraping, excessive requests or the introduction of malicious code.
- Use any content from the website for unsolicited marketing.
We may restrict or withdraw access to the website where we reasonably consider it is being misused.
2. Recruitment Information
Information published on this website describes the recruitment services AIRAA offers. It is general in nature and does not form an offer, a contract of employment, or a commitment to provide services in a particular case.
Role descriptions, sector information and regional information are indicative. Where a specific opportunity is discussed with you, the details of that opportunity — not this website — govern the position.
AIRAA provides recruitment services only. We do not provide immigration advice, visa processing, legal advice, tax advice or relocation services, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as offering them.
3. Candidate Responsibilities
If you submit your profile or apply for a role through AIRAA, you are responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including your employment history, qualifications and certifications.
- Holding, and being able to evidence, any qualification, licence or registration you state that you hold.
- Informing us promptly if your circumstances, availability or contact details change.
- Reviewing job details, working conditions and recruitment terms carefully before proceeding at any stage.
- Making your own enquiries about the legal requirements that apply to working in a destination country.
Providing false or misleading information may result in an application being withdrawn and your profile being removed.
4. Employer Responsibilities
If you engage AIRAA as an employer, or share a vacancy with us, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate role information, including duties, location, working pattern, contract type and remuneration.
- Ensuring the role and your hiring practices comply with the employment, equality and immigration law applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Making your own hiring decisions and carrying out any checks the law requires of you as the employer.
- Treating candidate information shared by AIRAA as confidential, and using it only to assess candidates for the role it was provided for.
- Providing timely feedback so that candidates are not left without an answer.
Commercial terms for any engagement are agreed separately in writing and are not governed by this page.
5. Application Submissions
When you submit an enquiry or profile through this website:
- Submission does not create any obligation on AIRAA to consider you for a role, to present you to an employer, or to respond within a particular timeframe.
- We may retain your details in order to consider you for suitable roles, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- You may ask us to update or delete your profile at any time.
- You should not include identity documents, financial details or other sensitive personal data in an initial submission.
AIRAA does not request payment from candidates for consideration for a role. If you receive any communication purporting to come from AIRAA that asks you for payment, treat it as suspicious and contact us to verify it before responding.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, icons, the AIRAA name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by AIRAA SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.
Material you submit to us remains yours. By submitting it, you grant AIRAA permission to use it for the purpose of providing recruitment services, including sharing a candidate profile with a prospective employer in connection with a specific role.
7. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable during maintenance, or as a result of factors outside our control.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice, and we are not liable if any part of it is unavailable for any period.
8. External Links
This website may link to websites operated by others. Those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of any external website.
Following an external link is at your own risk, and the terms and privacy notice of that website will apply to your use of it.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law:
- The website and its content are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- AIRAA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from use of this website.
- AIRAA is not liable for decisions made by an employer, by a candidate, or by any immigration or regulatory authority.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Storage used in your browser is described in our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of your use of this website and should be read alongside these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, our practices, or the law. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the “last updated” date shows when it last changed.
Continuing to use the website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the law of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION TO BE CONFIRMED].
The courts of [COURTS TO BE CONFIRMED] shall have jurisdiction, save where the applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the country where you are resident.
The governing law and jurisdiction clauses above must be completed and reviewed by a qualified legal adviser in the jurisdiction where AIRAA SRL is established.
