Engineering Specialists
Mechanical, electrical, civil and process engineers across industry and infrastructure.
Service 03
Hiring support for professional, specialist and office-based positions — from engineering and technical specialists through to the administrative and support functions a business depends on.
Role types
Professional hires are harder to assess than skilled ones, because the output is decisions rather than a finished piece of work. That changes what a shortlist has to demonstrate.
Mechanical, electrical, civil and process engineers across industry and infrastructure.
Applied technology, systems and maintenance specialists.
Planning, coordination and delivery roles that hold a programme together.
Administrative, finance support and office-based specialist functions.
How we assess
Two people with the same job title at two companies can have done entirely different work. For professional roles, the title tells you almost nothing.
So we screen on scope rather than label: what the person was actually responsible for, what they decided rather than executed, who they worked with, and what changed as a result. That is the part a hiring manager can evaluate.
Where a candidate comes from an unfamiliar market or employer, we translate that context explicitly rather than leaving your team to guess at it.
We would rather present three profiles you can act on than ten you have to filter. A short shortlist is a sign the brief was understood.

Tell us what the person will actually be responsible for and we will screen against that.
